You can qualify for a cash payment from a class action settlement if you were a Facebook user and disabled Location Services for the Facebook app between January 30, 2015 and April 18, 2018, inclusive.

Who’s Eligible –

If you used Facebook and had Location Services disabled for the Facebook application on your iOS or Android-based device(s) at any time between January 30, 2015 and April 18, 2018, inclusive, you are considered a Settlement Class Member and are covered by this Settlement.

Award Amount – Will be determined at a later time.

Proof of Purchase – Not Required.
Claim Deadline – The deadline for submitting the Claim Form is August 11, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT.
